These Salvias has proved a great success this year. It is now October and they are still in full flower. The flowers reminds me of Lobelia flowers, but larger. The dark blue of the flowers contrasts well with the light green of the foliage. It is a tender perennial and is a great choice for summer bedding displays. It makes a bushy plant and produces its deep blue flowers from summer to autumn. Grow in a sunny in moist well-drained spot.
