Go back to weekly blog

It is now the 24th of October and the Castor Oil plant is continuing to grow. The lower leaves are being eaten by snails and slugs, but it is outgrowing its predation and still looks a great architectural plant. All this growth has taken place since June this year. When the frost knocks it back I will have seeds to plant again next year. The flowers can now be easily seen and adds its own interest.
