In our borough we are now forced to recycle and are issued with these boxes. I have asked for three as one would not be enough for our household. I cannot store them at the back due to space so they have to fit at the front. They were two inches to long to fit as the brick raised bed prevented them fitting. I have therefore rebuilt the raised bed with tiles which made the bed two inches smaller. The tiles are cemented to a metal mesh which gives them some stiffness and support. The bed is where the everlasting peas are situated and as these were dying back, this gave me the opportunity to replant it with new bulbs and plants like wallflowers, winter pansies and Pelargoniums.
