I first saw this plant in Maderia a few years ago. It has proved resilant to some cold, surviving in an unheated conservatory over the winter. The flowers are very pretty, before they open they are light blue and the opened petals are dark blue with a hint of yellow. It is easy to take cuttings, but it is mainly an indoor plant.
