As my Sicillian Marrows were only small I tied last years dried sample to the plant. It still attracts some interest as many visitors think it is now growing in place. Kwame is in the background after one of his soaking from the rain. The runner beans are producing well and should continue to do so for some time. This plant tendrils and young shoots and fruits are used in Sicilly as tenerumi in pastas.
