The Hoya is just coming into bloom. It is recovering from last year when about half of its growth died. I completely repotted into new soil after washing the roots. That seems to have done the trick and it is now growing well again. It was in the same soil for many many years so it was due for repotting. This plant is a semi-epiphyte so it does not need too much soil and therefore I never had to repot it until last year. It must have been in the same large pot for about ten years.
