This is the view looking down the pathway in the back garden. At nightime when the lamp is on it is enticing and romantic to walk the path. The Pheonix palm on a pole is one way in which to get more growing space in a small garden. Behind the red Roses is a Forsythia and and above that is three different Ivies covering a brick wall. THe Forsythia is grown as a hedge and is cut back two or three times a year. This encourages more compact flowering.
