What a wonderful variety of shapes and sizes flowers come in. No wonder this one is called Glory lily. This is one of my favorite flowers. When I first saw it at Kew Gardens in the greenhouse I said to myself I must have one. It is a climber which forms a tuber. The tuber needs warmth to start it into growth. The tuber grows into two more tubers every year and the old tuber dies. It is tender and can grow outside, but rarely flowers when so grown.
