These flowers are charming in the front garden and tolerate shade. The plant self seeds itself anywhere it can obtain sufficient light. It comes in white and pink as well. I allow it to do as it wishes and it adds interest low down around the edge of the border. It is a hardy perennial and takes some punishment as I tread on it whilst weeding etc. The fine feathery look of the flower is striking against the green of its surroundings.
