I was hoping not to re-pot this Calla Lily, but now I will have to. This Calla Lily resides on the bay roof and I could not see the pot bulging until I decided to do a permanent repair to the roof. Luckily this was a stitch in time as I removed all the plants and lifted the felt I found that the roof had started to leak. I was surprised how powerful this soft plant was as the plastic bucket acting as a pot is very strong. This demonstrate why trees near to houses with solid foundations is not a good thing. Roots can destroy a house by pushing the foundation out of sync with the house.
