I have been trying to get this Hydrangea to turn blue and last year it was nearly white. I have not have time to attend to its needs and have left it to its own devices this year. As the water and the soil in my garden is alkaline I have to put up with pink flowers. Never-the-less it is a beautiful plant for the garden as long as I can keep it small by pruning.
